Mark has extensive commercial banking experience having worked Barclays plc for over 35 years.
As Managing Director & Head of Agriculture his focus was on evaluating and funding farming businesses and Landed Estates investments in agri-tech, sustainable energy and environmental schemes.
Through his current portfolio of roles, he brings a wealth of insight into government , civic partners, and farming organisations.
His roles include Non-Executive Director Environment Agency, Chair of Fix our Food, Chair of The Arthur Rank Centre ,Mentor for The Lord Henry Plumb Foundation and trustee for the Society of Agriculture.
Mark also co-authored the UK Farm Assurance Review (AHDB NFU et al) and Financing A farming Transition (GFI)
