Claudia is the Commercial Development Manager at the University of Lincoln. Claudia previously worked at Branston Ltd, initially within the Innovation team, where she supported the development and deployment of commercially relevant agri‑tech, manufacturing and environmental technologies, and later as Technical Manager and R&D lead for the Protein Extraction division. In this role, she oversaw the full journey from early laboratory proof-of concept to commercial‑scale operation.
Prior to that, Claudia worked at B‑hive Innovations Ltd where she coordinated multi‑partner funded projects through Innovate UK and KTP programmes, supporting the development and commercialisation of agricultural technologies that deliver value to the industry.
Claudia holds an MSc in Food Manufacturing and Technical Management from the University of Lincoln and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad de America, Bogota.
