Ali is Executive Chair of British Apples and Pears, Chair of Horticulture Crop Protection Ltd and a non-executive Director at NFU Mutual. She is also a member of the Agricultural Forum and is a Nuffield Scholar. Ali is a partner with her husband in their family farm and is also a Deputy Lieutenant for Worcestershire.
